To ensure the best for the boys, all Leaders need trained in at least Fast Start, New Leader's Essentials and Youth Protection. Additional training is offered that covers camping, and more.

District Rountable Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month. They are held from 7:30-8:30pm at the Queen of Angels School, and is where leaders join for fun and fellowship while learning new tricks, stunts, games crafts, ceremonies, songs, and skits related to the theme and Webelos activity badges for the following month. There's a wealth of information available at Roundtable that is invaluable to the Pack and each Den. Baloo's Bugle is utilized as a focal point sharing solid ideas on implementing the Scouting program.
