Activity
Description
Decorations
Use this opportunity for crafts to count toward requirements or electives, and let the boys take pride in helping set the mood for the Pack meeting.
Open
Practiced Oath, Pledge, National Anthem, skit, etc. to formally mark the beginning of the Pack meeting.
Prayer
From Program Helps, or other non-denominational source. Supports Cub Scout core value: Faith.
Acts
Short skits, songs, demos, sharing, applauses ~ whatever your Den chooses. Practice in Den meetings - put on your show at the Pack meeting.
Sharing
This Den can select a couple of Scouts or can all participate in sharing what the Den has been working on and doing over the past month. Can also use this time to meet specific requirements that require presenting or sharing with the Pack.
Close
Meaningful closing ceremony: retire the flag, recite the oath, taps, closing skit, etc.
Snack
Same den that provides the decorations presents snacks for the meeting.
National Theme Framework for all Den and Pack activities. Aligns with Program Helps, Roundtable and Boys' Life.
Note: The Den that sets up is also responsible to coordinate cleanup by initiating and getting others involved to assist.
